Derex'8 Turbo Setup
Well car "was" running fine. Went to star her up this morning, Car through a cel, Maf input to high, pegged out @ 5v, Now I can't idle. My maf readings g/s and AFRs are all over the place, car bogs down & bucks when accelerating from overly rich conditions, this F*&cking sucks. Will try a couple more things before I opt for the EMU or Intercepor X
All suggestions and advice are welcome please!

Moving to a different EMS will retain the problem.
Well cleaned, inspected, and reinstalled maf and still getting error and maf voltage is still pegged out @ 5v. Does this mean I need a whole new maf & wiring harness?
Does either the emanage or Interceptor X need a working MAF to operate?

Is it pegged when the motor is not running?
If it were me, I would repair the MAF before resorting to the INT-x as a workaround solution
BEER?!?!? I want some.
FWIW - I would only call the MAF set-up a "failure" if you are getting noisy data. IE; radically different values for the same cell; like when Dannobre or Tdiddy (I forget) had g/sec at idle jumping from 4-9 for no apparent reason... turbulence.
Even if it is WRONG as long as it is consistant - I am sure Jeff can make it right.
Right now it just sounds like it is broke...

Could the pull through design have caused the MAF to fail?
the consumption of alcohol really reveals our true feelings on things
for example awhile back I had a bit too much Jägermeister and my friends told me I kept calling my ex-wife a bitch and a ***** and all that to her face. Now completely sober, I would've never called her that. Did I agree with what I called her in the first place? You bet.
So in conclusion, Jägermeister is the sh*t
^^^ I'm getting pretty consistent and accurate MAF g/s readings. It is my MAF voltage that is wacked and pegged @ 5v.
After cleaning the maf my car ran much better but the voltage is still pegged
I'm going to check the wires for any cuts, if can't come up w/something then may have to run it by the shop...

Just get out the multimeter and trace the signals.
The manual is free and, if you don't have a multimeter, you can get one for $7 at Radio Shack.
Even if you demolished your MAF, you can get a new one cheap and there is NO reason to EVER replace your harness.
Just find where you/the shop screwed up the MAF rewiring and fix it.
You have yet to answer some critical questions.
In the AP data view, is the voltage showing up as pegged? If so, is the MAF following the throttle?
You said that they were working out of sync.

Well looks to be the MAF sensor itself is wacked as I'm getting -12.70v readings on all connectors on the maf connector harness side and 0 to -.01 readings on the maf itself.
Nothing shows up on the resistance to the MAF neither
