Bschwemer's Custom Turbo Build
I don't post much, probably because I'm affiliated with a shop, and we aren't sponsors here. Anywho, we're/I am about to start a new shop car, which just so happens to be my personal car. I'm not going for huge power. I'd like to see about 350hp or so on higher boost levels (14-16 psi). The motor has really high mileage, so I doubt it'll last long. When that time comes, I'll be building a rather stout shortblock to toss in.
I just recieved the first box full of goodies today. I'll recieve more suff on tuesday next week. I'll also be building the manifold and down pipe next week when flanges come in.
Turbo setup will be completely custom using the following:
60-1 .96AR T3 in V-Band out
Custom Top Mount Manifold /Downpipe
MVS.9 Tial Wastegate
Turbo XS bypass valve (recirc)
Cobb AP
Godspeed Intercooler
Walbro Fuel Pump
720cc P2's
650cc P1's
AEM Boost/Wideband/EGT Guages
Lotek Pod
Custom 3.375" ID maf housing/intake piping for intake
Yukon Coils
Here's a few pics of the car and the first box of goodies!

Little too late now I guess. KGparts has all of them for modification and flow testing. Hopefully I won't run into many problems with them. I'll call monday and see if they've started with the P2's/P3's

I personally have experience with rotary motors. We specialize in Subaru/Evo performance, though. Unfortunately, I think I know more about those cars than my own, now. Hopefully this build will teach me a lot of new things, especially when we go to tune it in a few weeks.

Anyways... Did some work tonight. Got the guages wired for the most part. Still need to tie up some loose ends and make a few small adjustments, but it's one less thing I'll have to do next week when the rest comes together.
Please excuse blury pics, im no photographer

Edit: Just found a thread that was useful, so I'll be fixing the siphon cap tonight.
