You can go straight to Dubai with those wheels
I went for the dark side
but i did a mistake by powder coating the hub of wheel on inside, not the best move, I now have a slight imbalance that I cant get rid of
I was concidering to try to machine off the coat of by taking it 0.5 - 1.0mm down, but I'm not sure if thats a good solution.

That's right where mine sits. I had to put the velute almost straight down then rotate the cold side very close to the engine, but then I went with a smaller cold side velute and had plenty of room up front.
Don't forget about the 1/2" or so that the transmission sticks out past the engine right there. If you have an extra shield that fits there it will help with the fitting.
