Alright, lets try and do this Monday Jeff? The sooner the better, I'm literally going nuts without my car. Let me know what food/beverages you desire while you do your tuning magic and I'll hook it up.

With Jeff doing the tuning in person, with his upgrade kit, all other top notch parts, my only concerns are that the physical installation was done right and that no damage was caused during the attempts to dyno tune the car. Ray was running race fuel with conservative timing supposedly, but its just so easy to pop the motor like a grape if you don't know exactly what you are doing. Hopefully Jeff will be able to physically inspect the car and give a thumbs up for the installation, otherwise things will have to be fixed on the car before it can be dynoed. As I have not seen pictures of the installation yet, except for the exhaust, brakes, and two small pictures of the intake cone I can't speak for the quality of the installation yet.

I'm going to try and get PFS to take a ton of pictures and send them to Jeff tomorrow so he can point out if anything is really screwed up and needs to be fixed before he gets there. That way they have a few days to work on it if he spots something screwed up.

I'm glad to hear that Jeff will be able to tune your car in person. He's the only tuner I 100% trust with my own car.

Hey Buddy, I read your post in this write-up and I have to say I am sorry to hear that you ran into so many issues with the tuning. I dropped mine off about 2 to 3 weeks ago and they are broke ground on it about three days ago. I will say that it is probally in my favor that I am using the interceptor X for my tuning. Evidently that is the main system tat they have done most of the tuning on. I'm sorry to hear all the crap you ran into with the access Port tuning. I will do my own write-up on the install when I get my car back. I am hoping to get it back this weekend.
Best luck man. We'll talk soon.

Blackout, I wouldn't get your hopes up for getting your car back by the weekend. I was told my car should be done by the weekend, um... almost a month ago? When I dropped the car off, I had all of the items organized in separate boxes, a two page installation guide I wrote with a list of all of the parts, work that had already been completed, the items that needed to be done, and my goals. I spoke at length with Ray in person when dropping the car off, and continued to check in on a daily basis for almost 50 days now. I was misled, lied to outright, and had my car subjected to attempted tuning with software they didn't know without my permission. My opinion thus far of the shop isn't charitable. I remain willing to be convinced that they can make this right, and I have been very respectful and understanding, but I for one will be shocked if you receive any better treatment than I have.

Well, I do just want to point out... I'm not making a trash talk thread about PFS. I've had issues with them, and I don't think they have treated me very well as a customer, but I'm not shitting on them, or using a bunch of hyperbole just relating the situation. I was keeping my mouth shut for the last month about the issues I was having to give them the chance to make things right, but the tuning issue was something I couldn't resolve on my own. That is the only reason that I made it public right now. The optomistic part of me hopes that they will make every effort to make things right and I can write my final review with that in mind. I don't know if anybody from PFS is reading this thread, but I've been just as up front with them about how I feel over the phone, so this isn't my private bitch session either. So, if we can keep things relatively cordial, hopefully I'll be able to get this resolved and get my baby back early next week. God knows I miss her.

damn, this is one crazy story.
sorry to hear about all the issues and the shop using your car as a guinea pig.
MM to the rescue! give him lots of Monster coffee drinks and watch the Maniac do his thang.
Jeff: you comin' to SoCal in the near future?
Lemme know if you and Greg want to use SR MotorCars dyno again, I'm sure I can call up Steve and work something out.

I talked to Ray today. He is supposed to be taking pictures of the car, mostly the intake components so you can give them a once over before you get here and see if something is visibly off. He was also supposed to call you today. If he did not leave a message then let me know, I need to get on him to get this finished up. Whatever day(s) you are available let me know, I'm obviously flexible around your schedule. The earlier we can get it done the better, because I really want to get my car out of that shop. Also if we can at least check the car out earlier in the week to see if there is anything wrong with the installation, I would just hate to have you not be able to tune it because something else is majorly screwed up. I'm fast approaching the 2 month mark without my car too, so whatever I can do to get this done I'm up for doing.

Ok, supposedly he called earlier today... I don't know if he talked on the phone or just left a message though. He also supposedly sent the pictures on to you Jeff... I'm having Sam send them to me to make sure. If you did not hear from him today and/or you did not get the pictures let me know. If I have to drive out there to get this **** done I will.

Alright, I'm going to seriously lose my cool in about half a minute. I will make sure you have those pictures tomorrow if I have to get them over someones dead body.

Jeff, got pictures sent... they are uploaded/attached to the third post of this thread. They had told me they would be swapping black silicone couplers for the Extreme PSI ones I had because the orange didn't look good... of course the pictures apparently have orange couplers. I just want to get my car out of this shop. I will never have anything else done there.

Actually I don't mind the blue/orange couplers on second thought... because the wiring I did was all in blue/red, it doesn't look too bad. I am curious why the air pump assembly is still there. Isn't that totally unnecessary?
