Right now, nothin...i THINK we're using the smallest nozzle in the kit. E, feel free to jump in. The water/meth is currently disconnected from power. The tune is pretty solid and can get along fine without it...its there purely for safety at this point. I'll let you kno when i actually get to DRIVE the thing...

As for cooling, apparently the Iconel shielding is really keeping the underhood temps down, so i shouldnt have to worry about cracking hoses that much. But as for the increased demand on the cooling system i plan on getting a vented hood/new bumper with bigger inlets (nothing too flashy, tryin to keep that semi-sleeper appearance) Perhaps a BHR Rad in the future...

Currently the solution is almost 100% water (had to have windsheild wiper fluid) for the trip home! But in the summer i've been advised to add meth to the mix.

Most premixed washer fluid is typically about 30% meth. There is a lot of additives and dyes in it though that can deposit in the pump, nozzles, etc.

Manly how its hooked, like pehaps a hobb switch set to turn on pump @ 5psi?
If its a pressure switch or a siliniod? And the flow of the nozzle, I have a setup that flows 330cc I was just wondering if that is enough.

I tried the windshild wiper fluid -30 for a while in another car it seemed to work but left alot of deposits behind, you should be able to find methanol at most hardware stores. Mix with distilled water and your golden

The benefit of a live dyno tune.

Hmm. I wonder what the NZ govt is worried about impacting by making distilled water a regulated commodity?
It is about $2 for 3 gallons here.

Dumb question time - apart from radiator water etc - what do people there use distilled water for ?

That is why it's not sold here - no-one would know what to do with it .
