That would mean we're on the same network because I'm behind a switch. I think I know what's going on. I need to ask some questions to some people. if this is what i think it is, big apologies to scott.

just talked to my friend. he's adamant it wasn't he that posted, and he wouldn't lie about that. i did complain to him alot about the situation, and he has an rx7 and was considering getting 4rotor by mazsport before all this happened.

You mean, behind the same hub
Seriously though, there are 3 possibilities here:
1) Your friend is not being honest with ya
2) the forum software got your IPs mixed up
3) sigtech broke into one of the computers on your network and is using it to post to the forum
In order of decreasing likelihood. Draw your own conclusions.

I still have a small 5 port hub that I use to sniff traffic...makes snooping easier...
You also left off option 4...
4) Its the same dude posing as someone else to try to light a fire to get his stuff done...

This is some serious pwnage.
Either stick posted with his "friends" account, or his "friend" posted. The extreme long shot is that someone got into sticks network / computer, then posted with his "friends" account - the results of which (The IP address) would only be available to moderators, and then count on a moderator noticing it. The result of this extreme long shot is making stick look bad.
The simplest explanation is usually the correct one. It's unlikely your "friend" would have posted for you to sue mazsport - since your friend would be in the same room as you. The idea of a hacker doing this is also absurd. So it's clear what happened.

There are 2 really possibilities here.
1: They are the same person.
2: They are friends which work together.
That's really it. Stick shows up under multiple IP addresses so he obviously logs in from multiple places. sig however only has one IP address listed here which means he probably only checks in here while either at work or at home. Since stick says they work together, the former is more likely.
If they aren't the same person, this begs the question, why does sig feel the need to publicly badmouth Mazsport but stick doesn't? You'd think that if they are good friends that they probably have similar opinions. That would seem likely. I know me and my friends all think in a fairly similar fashion as each other.
They each do have separate e-mail addresses though so I'm inclined to think they aren't the same person. I'm also not so sure about the stick's boyfriend comment. Why would sig have an e-mail name of miss luna unless...

I think it's 2 friends who DON'T agree on a solution. Lemme explain...
Stick complained to his buddy that his 20b is taking waaaayyyyy too long.
Friend says, "that's crap! I'd sue their asses"
Stick say, "nah, they're good people"
(this continues on for some time, possibly coming up at work from time to time)
Friend creates an account to try and see if other people think as he does in an effort to convince stick to take action in order to get his car.

If they are two people, and clearly in the same location/building with the same IP, then the friend would have been able to lend him advice in person. Posting it here then denying posting it is not nearly as likely as the two accounts belonging to the same person, or stick using the friend's account to post.
