My only real concern is where your power wire goes through the firewall. You just pushed the rubber grommet aside and slid it through? Any protection on the wire's insulation? Doesn't look like it.

I agree, fire waiting for a place to happen and nevermind the fact that water is going to pour through that hole with the grommet not in place anymore......

no water here, and a seperate rubber grommet 1/3 inch was drilled for the power cable, and all cables are now in flame/fire retardent looms (reason being that someone else had brought that up when i did my install on here and they commented on it). So wheres the fire? not here.

edit: these pics were to show that u dont have to mess with the head unit to install subwoofers and an amp. Not necassarily of him doing it this way, in my previous post i said "test/install pics", An electrician wouldnt put drywall up, before testing the lights and switches right?

Well when you post pics prior to all these "improvements", what do you expect us to think. lol

^will do tomorrow, thought the dates on the pics would let-em know, i knew someone was gonna comment what u two had, but its all good.
