Voltage drop when in gear?

I have a 2004 MT GT Rx8. Ive decided to get some boom for this little thing and ended up getting a memphis mojox 12 inch sub with an american bass ph4000 amp. The sub and amp are a great combination and they sound great within this little car. I have ran into some problems though. I have done the big 3 upgrade upfront. And i got 0/1 gauge running back to my amp. With the car on and sitting still, I can nail the hell out of this memphis sub. But when i put it in First gear (any gear) the subs starts clipping and cutting out. Im wondering if anyone knows what could be drawing enough power to put my amp into protect mode periodically when driving. soooo.. yeahhhhhh. please drop some knowledge on me. ill be forever in your debt

Woah now, calm down with all of the responses.. So much information to take all in at once... Anyways.. I will replacing all coils plugs and wires to see if that cures the problem.. I did some more troubleshooting and it's only dropping voltage when accelerating
