Woot! Great writeup, Jorge! Amost missed this thread.

Gonna have to make it to one of the LAX meets to see this (when you decide to go, that is) LOL.

I realy liked the set up and instructions, thanks.

I was thinking about doing something similar but was looking at getting dual digital guages so I can get all my guages in one place. I am considering going FI at some point so I would want, boost, a/f ratio, oil temp and pressure and water temp. I found that SPA makes dual digital guages but they are expensive and I did not find an a/f ratio guage. They have a dual oil temp and pressure guage, dual water temp and boost and they have some egt temp guages and volt guages just no a/f guages. I could go with dual oil temp and pressure guage, dual water temp and boost and then put another brand a/f guage in there but I would want a uniform look.

Does anybody know any other company that makes good dual guages? I think the 2 spa guages I listed would come to about $500. I would like to less and I wanted the af ratio guage not just an EGT guage.

Thoughts?

Thanks Shinx, that's a heck of a compliment coming from you and that gorgeous car of yours

Couldn't agree more. These gauges aren't designed to be watched the entire time so when I do take my eyes the road for a second, it's nice to be able to see the reading quickly

that set up is off the chain, jorge! haha well done!!!!

nice detailed instructions too
Thanks man!! You know what a perfectionist I am with my mods.

HAHA, thanks man! I owe a lot of it to you for the great pics and advice on where to ground everything.

highway: check out the long thread on the RB pod; quite a few people have it and have been using different gauges then I did. This thread is specifically about the Nordskog so I don't want to side track the thread too much. I'll PM you a link. Thanks!

Not only is he a Jedi master, and vicious with a light saber . . .But he can work on cars too.

Such a nice job. Love the look. This look is factory stock. The fit, the color match, everything is top notch.

Good job and a great DIY.

I hope the mods sticky this.! It's the only thread that shows how to properly ground / install electrical gauges...

Thanks Swoope!

Problem is that img tags don't work in the DIY section which is why I posted it here. Figured the bigger pictures were easier to see then clicking all the small thumbnails at the bottom.

Here's the post from Zoom about img tags + DIY section: https://www.rx8club.com/showpost.php...83&postcount=4

D'oh!!! Just noticed all my pics went away. Any chance of getting this sticked in the Interior / Electronics forum instead?

Thanks again guys for all the support.

Yeah, stickiness, finally --- well, at least for awhile

Too bad there isn't a way to position pics (that's been uploaded to the forum) within the text of a post. I think DIYs flow much better that way.
