Living outside the US.... don't you have automatic climate controls? Donno if this kit will work with 8's outside the states.

That is true.. this kit was specifically said to not be tested with automatic climate controls.. I highly doubt it will work. Different circuitry.

lol Thommino, just get the Corksport/Kanatech kit. That one has automatic climate control support. It's about twice as much but hey.. you already spent $1500.

I would email Metra asking specifically if it will work with the automatic climate controls found on 8's outside the states. That reply to you doesn't actually state AUTOMATIC climate controls. Make them use those exact words.

Next, the Corksport harness you have circled there is the exact same one I used for my non-Bose. So I don't know if they include a different harness for the Bose option than what you see or what.

Next. If you've spent $1500 of other things... aren't you replacing the Bose system anyway?
