I got it from etronics.com via google checkout for $1139.81 + $13.92 shipping + notax in CA = $1,153.73

But I see their price is now $1,144.82 and out of stock.

Yeah definitely don't pay the $1600 crutchfield wants. These units normally have around 40-50% margin.

I think it's because amps quote peak power also... But hey.. at least they put the sustained watts down, what if they only put peak power on the box.. =/
