Kwes, I must say that I actually liked the red film when I saw it person. Im thinking about doing something like that for the rears as well I hope you don't mind.

that yellow tint at SS9 looked HORRIBLE. Glad you were able to show yours off since it did come out nicely.
Time to put the normal corners in? (or you keeping them and hoping the cops show mercy?)

I say keep the red and just hope the cop that hangs out by your house doesn't notice them. Maybe keep the ambers in the trunk and if you ever get pulled over try the, "Oh CRAP officer, I COMPLETELY forgot to switch the things back. I was just at an autoshow and meant to change them last night" (then show him you have the stocks)
It's a long shot but you might be able to pull it off...

I doubt you will get pulled over for them. things like that are usually an ADD to a ticket. much like window tint, no front plate, and the red taillights.... IF you get pulled over, whats one more add to the ticket? I would be much more worried about the other 3 things you have, they are harder to fix then the corner lights.

I think you can see what deeddub was doing with this pic. I think the smoked film makes the headlights match the lines of the fog light openings. Never knew how similar those openings were until looking at this pic.

the vinly was not precut...it came in a roll 24 inches wide I believe, and in the length that you order. After the vinly is laying over the light, just use an Xacto or razor blade...and a heat gun (hair dryer) to help stick it back down.

From Black now on a Red....the color looks like a perfect match. I have pictures of the corners in the sun and the shadows and turned on (overcast). i want to get some at night, that is when they look the best but also most obvious.
