Rear Diffuser replacements

Is anyone familiar with an aftermarket rear diffuser that is known to have some tangible aerodynamic value, not purely cosmetic? Also, same question applied to a deck spoiler, not a raised wing? Thanks for any input.

I believe the only rear on the market today that provides proven down force is the Mazdaspeed. And I believe you have to use the MS wing with it.
