MD Baltimore 2004 RX8 Grand Touring Good Condition, MT, inc Winter tire/wheels

Hello,

I'm looking to sell my 2004 RX8 in Baltimore, MD. $6500 or best offer.

It's a Grand Touring edition with rear spoiler and cassette (which is nice since you can play an Ipod/phone through a cassette adapter, which I'll happily include). Also includes a full set of winter wheels/tires, Dunlop M3's moounted on Kazera KT-Z's equipped with TPMS sensors (about $1300 original price and tires have seen very few miles). I'm the only owner and I've kept her in pretty good condition with regular Zaino Bros waxings. She has 70k miles, virtually all of which were highway (basically never used for commuting, just travel to other states).

Everything is still stock, though I've replaced the summer tires with Bridgestone Potenza's that still have good tread on them.

Thanks!

$5500 (OBO still stands, just has to be good enough to justify not selling it to Carmax quick and easy)

I haven't but have no reason to suspect it's bad. Happy to work out some sort of inspection for any serious interest. (This was my "fun" 3rd car, but I just haven't had enough time to enjoy to justify paying the insurance, hence the reason I'm selling, it drives fine)

Ahh, thanks for the tip. Is there anything special I should do to make a test that I, as the seller, got more trustworthy to potential buyers? Or just get one at my local shop for $80 or so...

Thanks for the tips! Just sched'd at my local Mazda dealer for tomorrow (FWIW for anyone else; they quoted $232 for two hours but lowered to $116 on consultation w/ the tech; the 2 hour fixed price is intended for a car experiencing engine problems and a straight up test for documentation sake they'll bill at just an hour). I'll update again once I get the results.

Good news. Just got a call from the Mazda dealer and it passed the compression test. I'm picking it up tomorrow and will have the official cert!

Thanks! Dealership quote "It passed the compression test". I'm picking up the car and formal results later today and I'll post an internet-friendly redacted version of the printout.

I just discovered there's apparently another marketplace sub forum here? Would I be better off posting there? If so, do I need to be a longer member or msg a mod or something to post? I noticed I don't currently have rights. Thanks!
