where are you guys getting LED bulbs these days?
I have a bunch of lights from v-leds but they're probably 10 years old at this point.

 

VLEDs are pretty good but pretty expensive too. Those high-output reverse bulbs were quite something.

I got Philips LED reverse bulbs and DRL on my Speed3. Can't go wrong with Philips.

 

I'm doing a little lighting upgrade on the RX-8 and figured I should look at refreshing the vleds in there now.

but some of these new ones look impressive.

yeah, Philips is always GTG

 

For high beams and low beams, I would just stick with high-quality halogen or HID bulbs, whichever ones come from the factory.

I also stopped messing with turn signals. Yeah, I could do LEDs and put in resistors but meh. RX-8 at least had standalone turn signal relays that make switching easy, but it's not an option for my Speed3(it's a part of the BCM; you can even adjust the turn signal volume in that small screen).

Having brighter reverse bulbs helps a lot, though.
