I provide the links, you do the math! Seriously, I didn't get everything at once, scored some good sales and discounts, etc. So it's kind of hard to say.

can someone help me out with the footwells, I got how to wire them up when the doors open, but how do you set em up to be on whenever the running light/headlights are on?
Also on the vled strips, how do you tell the polarity?

^ Wire em to your light relays? That's the easiest way I can think, gonna need some extra wire though. As for polarity it's guess an check honestly

I tapped my "lights on" footwells to the ashtray light (because it is hooked to the dimmer). If you look closely at the wires from the strip light, one has a white stripe on it. That is ground.

thanks. Do those wires run under the dash, or did you tap right behind the ashtray?

Aipex8,
i bought a bunch of the leds for the car, which ill post pics in a couple of days. the last thing i need is the turn signals. ive read 30 pages of the thread and kinda found my answer but i wanna double check before i buy. is it 2 of the 3 OHM resistors on each side of the tails or one resistor on each side on each? and it wouldn't matter if it's on the power or ground side right since by the time its at the bulb its a series circuit?

If you are only going with an LED 3rd brake light and leaving the taillights then you should have no problem at all (I currently have just a LED 3rd brake light and I get no error).
Also, I just experienced this today. Would the single load resistor with the 3rd brake light and would a 3 OHM resistor suffice?

Thanks!

Whats the difference between the regular DS2 bulbs and the premium edition. Is it worth the extra money.

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-HID-H...56987-1-2.html

Im currently running 6k parking and corners (highest output thats sold on vleds) plus 6k hid fogs. Would it look funny if I opted for the 8k headlights or should i stick with the 6k to match everything.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I just put in the Premium edition DS2s in 6K. They match the parking and corners pretty good. 8K would just be too blue.

Bump for Aipex8 to return lol

I'd like to know this as well. My standard 6000K D2S bulbs seem to be getting duller after a couple years of use...

It's nice to feel loved.

I answered your PM, BTW.

As pdxhak said, I've been pretty busy with work lately... on top of that my computer at home is dead AND I recently got a PS3 so I've been playing GT5 and Mass Effect 2 a lot in my free time.

Hey Aipex8,
Really like how you did your footwells. When you have time, do you mind doing a diy or quick explanation? I'm kinda noob in wiring.

If you have stock halogen projectors then you have to buy the whole kit AND new projectors if you want it to look right...aka new headlights. Junkyard may be a good bet there.
