Ok - one last funny story from today.
I was on the highway trying to verify my dyno tune worked the same on the road (IAT changes).
There was a 370Z who thought I was baiting(/whatever you kids call it) him so he rolled next to me and punched it - since I was at 45 MPH in 6th gear due to slowing down and the speed limit was 65 I figured what the hell....I wrecked him to 70ish...in 6th gear. I never even downshifted.
I love my car.

Seriously, the nature of the build will have FAR more to do with duarbility than ultimate power output. BTW, all this talk about HP......... what did your general torque curve look like?

However, unlike most 8's my HP curve was the normal 45 degree slope up to about 5000RPMS or so (90 mph), and then jumps up almost vertical and goes back to the normal 8 slope until 8000 or so.
Thanks for reminding me...too bad I have to wait a year.
