Attach it to your PC and the AccessPORT manager.
Erase ALL of the programs on the AP.

Create your calibration and name it "11111". Both the calibration name and the file name.
Move it onto the AP and eject the AP.

Back to the car, plug it in. Wait 30 seconds.

Key to "ON"

DOWN
DOWN
OK
OK
OK

Wait 10 sec between each key press.

Well it appears to work!

So I guess I will get up extra early tomorrow and make sure I can log and my changes are being saved.

Thanks Jeff!

Log directly to the Netbook.

Do a "test" calibration with some obvious change like high idle or really low fans.

Not for now - I'll revisit it after the recovery feature gets all worked out.

Good news bad news.

Good news my car is safe - I am running a nice clean 11.4-11.5 AFR's all the way to redline and I got a chance to finally tune my boost controller.

The bad news is that the dyno was fubared, no RPM pickup, no SAE correction etc; so who knows WTF the deal is - I always tell people not to chase dyno numbers but when your baseline pull is 110WHP, I'll tell ya it hurts!

So taken in context it isn't totally useless - or maybe it is, who knows.

At EBC turned off I pulled 200 at redline @ 4.58 Volts MAF and 9 PSI
With EBC Low Settings I pulled 219 at 10 PSI
With EBC High Settings I pulled 252 at 14 PSI

I held all boost to Redline (it did drop 1 PSI when the APV's opened).

I was so pissed I made the shop owner drive my car around and come back and tell me that my car makes Stock NA power - free dyno time FTW!

So I got the tuning I needed done in a controlled environment (my MAF voltages from 3.9-5 and my Boost Controller in a higher gear). But no cool numbers for you guys.

For fun I ran my iPhone Dyno on the way home - it said 500 WHP and a 11.9 1.4 Mile Time. So whatever....

BTW - Big thanks to Jeff for helping me tune by braille!!!! It worked pretty well, a little scary when I thought I bricked my PCM again...

I shall now send my Cobb in for service and get my car ready to store....

Just to avoid all the BS drama from the peanut gallery - I will be at the Richmond meet Saturday in VA for those that want to see what a whopping 220 WHP feels like....if you don't make it then STFU I can't help you out with cool numbers until 2011.

Video to Follow.

Based on my airflow information and my butt - I think I am about 350ish at 12 PSI.

That sounds about right with your engine.

Thats what I was expecting(hoping) to hit at 14-15PSI. If I ever finish my tune we shall see

Something fun... who wants to hear Ray's engine scream to redline?

I had some nice 1-2 foot flames twice but never got them on camera.

Jedi is just mad that I beat his NA Dyno on Bobby's car back in the day! LOL

Hey Jeff, question for you. If you are hitting 4.8 Volts or so - how much wiggle room do you have between there are 5 (once it is scaled right)? I am thinking about throwing some meth on my car after I get back and try for 16 PSI.

sucks the dyno went south, but the bright side is your afr/tune is nice and solid, no doubt you will make good power. do you have a datalog graph of how your car is running now? congrats on all the accomplishments so far! btw: me likes more videos..
