Charles ill be more than happy to shut you up with my car or any of the cars i listed. give me a stock one i promise i would win by at least 3 cars. MAKE ME SCARED post some videos of you destroying these cars then ill shut up. And dont tell me you have nothing to prove beacause you do,same goes for anyone else who wants to challenge me! Remember we are talking about rx-8s not 7s. Even though i must admit i have dished a fair share of beatings on the 7 drivers as well. Now ..the 20b is one of the most overated pieces of ..... ever.. i dont care what you guys think..its an absolute waste of time and money. Even if you turbo charge an 8 it still wont stand a chance against a stock evo srt 4 sti or the infamous 350z..thats why i told my 8 in the first place..just wanted tp help...250whp is average for the greddy i am assuming..just a waste.

Aside from being tough I have no idea why anyone likes that pile o'crap. Unless of course we are talking about peak power internet bench racing. It's good at peak power. It can make tons of it. However at 3 rpm lower than it's ultimate power peak it's only making 1/5th the power. It's a very long engine which means it has terrible weight distribution. The intake runners on the aftermarket manifolds that everyone uses and love are so short that a limp dicked midget could be proud standing next to it. But hey, the engine itself is long! It's also quite heavy. It's powerband is even narrower than an F1 car's.
Sure it's a freeway monster. Granted it would lose a drag race off the line to a Prius driven by Richard Simmons with a backseat full of fat people sweating to the oldies. Once you get to 80 though...hang on! It's a different story up there! But it's tough, pretty, and is popular in Japan which makes anyone using one true JDM yo!
Sure you can make fun of the 20B. Say whatever you want. No it's not the cheapest engine. It's not the most economical swap. Good engines rarely are cheap unless of course they are plentiful which changes that a bit. However a 20B is still a rotary and some people just love rotaries. I'm one of them. I could care less what is faster, cheaper, etc. If it's not a rotary, I'm just not feeling it. However if I was going to run any other engine besides a rotary, it wouldn't be a Supra motor. It wouldn't be an Evo motor. It wouldn't be a WRX motor. Don't even get me started on how crappy those things sound! It would be the good old overused LSX V8. Decent motor. Not the be all end all but decent. It does everything that the 2JZ-GTE does, just better in a much lighter package. So you see although you criticize the 20B as being overrated, you are actually driving the epitome of overrated in the car world. There is NO more overrated engine than yours! The only thing the 2JZ-GTE engine had going for it is the fact that it's development and refinement was outsourced to a German company! Toyota couldn't even make it a decent engine on their own! Mazda can be proud that only they design, test, and develop the rotary!

BTW: A lousy little rotary engine has won LeMans. How has Toyota done with their attempts? Remind me again. I forgot. Keep in mind the most recent winning Toyota race car is using a hybrid electric system!
