ok theres 2 sets of sr motor sport fly wheels. and 1 set of mazda fly wheel; so what are the pros and cons of each. compared to each other. and would the srs void my power train waranty.

sr motorsports is lighter but by not a lot. Price wise i think sr is cheaper. The problem is not the part itself, its the installation thats going to burn a hole in your pocket. Both would void your powertrain warranty if it isn't installed a certified mazda technician (which usually charges nearly as much as the flywheel itself). Save your cash until you need to get your clutch replaced, that be a more practical way to go.

I just got the MS flywheel and it looks great. Now the hard part... to install it hope the dealer won't rip me off.

However, I think it is superior to the SR, judging from their design. Those huge holes near the edge show where the weight is located, right in the center. But this is just my opinion...
