Are they the same size as NZ pennies? Because if they are they work as dimes in parking meters over here. Very handy to keep a roll in the glove box. I hate parking meters, I already paid for the parking spot once.

I'm glad we can get one to you. I've been wondering when you were going to come over here and stick one up my bum. With ****.

Hahaha, no I'm afraid the dime is bigger! The shifter wouldn't fit up your poo shute anyway, your finger is in there. Pull it out, get to work, and finish off these outstanding projects of yours.

Love, Gomez.

Yeah, I was thinking about you today Jon at lunch. Sitting out on the patio of a resturant, relaxing, eating a turkey sand and drinking a beer. :D :p

Hey Mr Paul, a question for you.......

Are you going to engrave your moniker on each shifter you sell? You know, "RP Short Shifter, by Axial Flow Engineering, Ca"....or some such? Mine will then be worth more, as it will be a rare early issue and unengraved.....

If you use the Voodoo ****, then it is shorter than stock, effectively lowering it further. Has anyone tried a Voodoo **** on the RP Short Shifter to see if it is too low?

Sorry steve, there is no place to engrave anything. they are all small radius. the biggest r is the pivot ball.

No need to engrave anything.. You can just take a stamp and put a simple "RP" on the side.

The stamp will not form on the small radius. I guess I could use a hand engraver. I'll try that today on gomez unit.

Just to throw a cat amongst the pigeons, I don't think I would like the shifter any shorter than it is...

Cheers,
Hymee.

I'm thinking of going down that route, it won't be too low. Just imagine your Voodoo 5mm lower than it is now....no worries, mate.

Go"003"mez.
Hehehe. You didn't mean to delete that did you?? :p :p

So is the "final" figure 5mm reduced hight? I think I can live with that, Richard.

But can you get "Go fast, handle great. Courtesy Peter Brock." engraved onto 'mez's shaft please. Just to remind him. Bahahahaha!

Cheers,
Hymee.

I forgot to tell you guys that the new version is easier to install. Shouldn't take 15 min. You no longer have to remove the shift tower. Now you just remove three bolts holding down the lockout plate. Lift out the old shifter and drop in the new one. Replace the three bolts and the trim. Done.

The only trick is the trim and both philodox and cortc have writen on that. You just have to know to put your finger in the hole(I know, I know)and push the little tab to remove the panel.
