RB Ram Air Intake Duct discussion
Most of the mods and few people from outside already have one installed you can sign up with racing beat to be included in future testings remember you run the chance of having problems with the items as they go out to see how there run. foe a period of time. that what they told me at racing beat but i rather wait then be a test mule

I am curious to see what this Ram air will do, if it will make it worth spending the cash and time to install it. Hopefully the bumper does not have to come off again.

I just ordered my REVi and oil cooler & a/c screens. As much as I'd like to do the whole project at once and only have to take the bumper off once, I don't think I could wait for this duct for an unknown amount of time. I have a G-tech, so this might give me a chance to do a before and after comparison to see if there really is any power benefit.
link please iwanna see what they look like

Strange i believed it to be compatible with the stock air intake
, apart from the cooling capabilities in the engine bay what can it really achieve as far as performance figures go .The design with the little cutaway boxes seems weird to me odd sizes etc .

I like the idea of getting this... BUT, does anyone have any long term experience with ram air style intakes and what happens during rainstorms and force feeding the spray from the car infront of you through your intake - or even worse in winter in the snowbelt feeding your intake with nasty and corrosive salt spray (think how badly salt cakes on your front bumper)??
I'd venture to guess a paper filter would be ruined pretty quickly, and a K&N style would start to loose its oil during wet conditions.

I wish I had data to prove this; I don't...but look at the thing...there's really no way, except if it's submerged, for water to get up and through the thing.

Can you speak freely about it?
