Racing Beat Race Flash
Teams performance gains in order of importance (mine anyway)...

Racing Beat Flash

His main advantage is weight loss. I understand his need to be hush hush about it. I too am following suit so to speak and trying to lose weight where possible. As it has a bigger effect on performance then simply adding power here and there.

got to shake hands with a lot of famous guys back then.
i got the interceptor x... would it be a waste of money to get this reflash? i've had my car tuned already but then stupid me went and got the recall and the factory reflashed my ecu so now it's not as smooth as before but still runs very well. i don't have a cat so i dont have to worry about that dying..
any imput would be cool. thanx
(oh p.s- i think i read that there was a street flash and a race flash... but on the website i only saw that $299 flash. is that the one you got stag?)

I would say that if the Int X works well in both open and closed-loop modes and no compatibility problems with the factory PCM you would be wasting your money getting the RB re-flash. Anything that RB does you can replicate with the Int X. Carefully read the RB website and you'll find out what RB does in the reflash.

dyn, I was addressing someone, flyboi1121, who already has the Int X and wondered if they should get the RB flash AS WELL AS keeping the Int X. For those who either don't want to run the risk of making matters worse or who want to start with a decent base set of maps, the RB reflash is pretty cool. As for me, since I already have the E-Man Blue and E-01(installed but not wired in, yet), I may get the RB race flash and then set the Blue for nitrous use only. That's a whole 'nother thread altogether....

My RP Supercat went bad a little while ago. Just pulled it off and I am running the stock cat now. I'm assuming it was toasted when my engine blew as the EGT's sky rocketed when I blew my engine. I remember seeing it shoot past 2000 degree farenheit when I drove it a few more miles after my engine went. Assume this is what caused it to cook.
well the redline i can easily adjust using a laptop. mine is already set at 9300. i'm sure i can change the setting on when the fans turn on too... just dont know how yet. i guess it's not worth it if i have the int-x.
thanks for your imput guys.
thanks for your imput guys.
Got my pcm back from RB yesterday. Seems to work as advertised. Pulls strong to 9500 rpms and water temp is reduced from 100 degree C to 90 degree C. Looking forward to going to the track in mid April

The catagories are not questions, only answers.
