so i drove about 30miles today (highway speed aka 70-80 speed limit 65)
wen i got to my destination i noticed a noise coming from under my hood...not good!
so i got out and yep it was my turbo making the noise..any ideas whats wrong with it? anyone ever heard that noise from a turbo before??

 

o yea and if you listen carefully you can hear my infamous vacuum leak sound from my car..sounds like a vacuum leak but cannot find out where the f*ck the d*mn thing is.....sorry its really aggravating..

 

just get the turbo rebuilt... $400

vacuum leak, I didn't hear anything. You sure it's not the normal sound caused by air and the random hoses that cause whistling?

 

need a rebuild. Pop off the turbo and check your shaft play
