You are right because it is just a fan and if it is sucking extremely hot air going in, well you get it.

But I have to say it does work and that I have gone to meets and my car will be the only one blowing cooling my car down nicely. I didn't know you had this mod...what else are you hiding.

It seems that it works on street ok and temp is lower than stock. However, in track you almost see the same water temps as a stock.

guys you can reduce temps well by adding a secondary radiator for less than $100--temps will never get over 200f( in the southeast at least)
this is the one I used

Mazsport is no longer in business but another vendor sells a unit that looks very much like the Mazsport unit RaceRoots. But I have never used them, I have dealt with Summit and they are great.

Bringing old thread back from the dead.

I just installes a used control kit on my car I bought from a forum member. My question is whats the life span of the controller that is placed in the collant line? If that sensor goes bad do the Relays still trigger the fans or will the relays not activate at all?

hmm might go with both modding the fans, adding the 2 cooler and mixing water with redline water wetter. lol
