So i guess it comes down to either the RP supercat or the re amemiya, i wonder what im going to get. Which one is generally louder?

So the RP is louder im guessing? i have no idea what guts mean and also the term cel is being used a lot would be cool if i knew what those meant. Also i dont know if a turboxs exhaust and the turboxs race pipe will be better together (heard its loud) or just get the rp supercat and stick with stock exhaust. any helpful hints? I want to go for sound and loudness haha but no midpipe!

alright thanks guys i think i know now hehe =D. I think i should just get the R.E. Amemiya SUS SPORTS CATALYZER in the long run. Does anyone know a website where i can purchase this? I can never seem to find the site to purchase the products lol. Hopefully this will sound good with the stock exhaust and loud hehe

There are many cases where they didn't last much, especially here. Same for brain catalyzers.
I changed a lot of catalyzers before finding a long lasting one =)

There was a problem with the early design (round style). These new ones are much better and some guys are running them on FI applications with no trouble. They are by no means prone to failure in genreal and for the price you cant beat them. RP even warranties them.

I tried many different catalyzers and made Brain change their design after several failures as well, but in the end i bought that one anyway

Sure,
They are some pretty well made catalyzers that come both in 200cpsi (street use) or 100cpsi, the latter following FIA standards.
The problem is that the first series had a small diameter and the high temperatures melted the welding points of the catalyzer itself to it's "cover".
Now they increased the diameter but in this way there's a slight power loss compared to the previous model.
They come already welded to the midpipe but the weldings are not well made in some cases, of the same batch ordered 3 out of 5 had to be rewelded after less than 10.000km.

I think that TeamRX8 tried them as well, he might continue with his impressions since he changed manufacturer too.
