His HP numbers are strange considering Dyno Dynamics dynos read lower than Dynojets. They are similar to a mustang dyno that reads 10-12% less than a dynojet.

I'm not saying I'm gonna go out and buy those products from some dynos I see on the manufacturer page or from a shop (in fact I just set the date for my turbo install, so you know where I think the $ is best spent on this car), it doesn't seem unreasonable that you'd gain 20 peak hp from both of these mods together. This is all mere speculation on my part of course, I haven't seen any independent dynos of a catless exhaust yet.
See, the thing is.. if you totally remove the exhaust system which is the "most free flowing" that you can get, you won't get more than 6hp or so.. which is why I don't see how 20 peak hp can be achieved.. however, we're beating a very dead horse here.. this has been talked about on at least 10 other threads.

Hi, I'm from Singapore. I've got the Euro version Type S, which Mazda claims to put out 238 bhp. The Dyno was measured in PS.
Did a decat which probably got about only 6-8 hp max and a Unichip piggyback which the manufacturer claimed a 10-12 hp gain. So the 20 hp gain was pretty much what I expected.
