Actually, if you mount a compressor in your car, and a pipe with a BOV on it, you'll be able to replicate a BOV sound fairly well....

Here are the advantages of having a Turbo Whistler!
-You can have the Turbo sound without the cost of a $3500 Kit
-Easy Installation, you don't have to pay for installation of your Turbo Whistler
-The Exhaust Whistler and Fake Turbo won't void warranties.
-Your can trick friends into thinking you have a Turbo sound with a Turbo Whistler
-Perfect for Car Clubs, The Exhaust Whistler cars will sound the same as turbo cars
-You can have your Exhaust Whistler or Turbo Sound and not worry about blowing engines.
-You engine lasts longer than a real Exhaust Whistler or Fake Turbo
-Exhaust Whistler and Fake Turbo install easy in Muffler.
By the way I have one of those things. I put it on my Honda Gold Wing.

It sounds so cool!

You should see the looks I get from people!

just always drive next to buses ^^

haha i'm just teasing... yea i love the sound of a good bov. why not keep an eye out for a used greddy turbo for a much cheaper price than new and spend the extra $$ to gain considerable gains as well as the bov sound.

And what i was doing was wanting to buy the "actual" mod that would make a sound that my "actual" engine made. Not what a little electric machine makes. And if i got the BOV and it did work with out a turbo on my car, then at-least its an actual sound from "my" engine, not some computer.
just when we thought you hit the absolute low of retardedness... you come in and take it to another level.

CONGRATS!!!

I understand you want that sound. It does sound cool. I'm more partial to supercharger sounds (... before you ask, no) myself. But seriously, why do you want JUST the sound. I mean, what's really up? Do you want to just look and sound cool?

I've got a feeling that what you want is not what you need. And I'm not being sarcastic or even automative ... ly something or other. What I'm saying is be content with what you have and build upon those things. Don't be fake about it.

If you want the sound, thats fine. It's your choice. But man .... I just trying to save you from being laughed at.
