NASA March 18/19 Road Atlanta
Wow! I'm reliving RA from 2 weekends ago. I dreamed all night long about running RA. It's like I was in HPDE for 7 hours. It was awesome! Had my instructor and everything. Didn't want to wake up and couldn't think of anything else. Need track bad! (Me thinks me addicted)

I will try to get the two sessions of usable footage i have up on my site tonight. I need to get it captured off the camera, but that should not take too long. I will post links when it is up, if anyone even wants to see it. Not as exciting as STF, but hey, it is track.

Sounds like a nice dream though. 7 hours of track time is great whether real or imagined and you didn't chew up your tires either as an added bonus.

RSD, Looking good! Resize the images. They are too big. Take them down to about 1200-1400 pix wide. If someone needs a larger one, we can get in touch with you later. Can't wait to see the others. Thanks!
oh hey, one thing I did want to clarify:
at the dinner you gave me a hat (which i love...thank you thank you thank you again!!!) and I made a shocked statement. Something like, "You mean these come in different colors??!?!?!?"
I wanted y'all to know that my comment was not meant to imply that I wanted a different color, but my disbelief was in the fact that our Chicago group has 1) no hats 2) no sign 3) no big group showing at a track event 4) no shirts 5) well, I think you get the picture. I was truly stunned that not only did you have hats (and shirts, and a sign, etc) BUT you had them in MULTIPLE COLORS too!!!!
I was, and am, extremely impressed at your organization and dedication!!!

RSD, thanks for the kind words. It was a pleasure to offer you guys a token of appreciation for your trek down south. Having a close group sure makes events fun and you guys are always welcome down south, don't cha know!
val, thanks for posting those up, i think you were the only one to take some group shots in the paddock, they complete the story. Lots of good pictures posted up there, from lots of good eyes. I just spent about 30 minutes this morning saving them.
RSD, them is kind words. we all enjoy what we do in this group, and we just want to make it a good experience for everyone involved, especially if they are willing to drive from a long way away, just to drive a track and hang out with a bunch of rotor heads.. I think at the root of it, we are just a bunch of car crazy people. And we enjoy what we do. I think that we have all made good friendships out of it, and all because of a car. I for one, am having a blast with it.

LOL RSD--just think of me every time you shift! I don't know why but everytime I see cheese now I think of "you guys".
Hope one day our group can caravan up to ya'll's neck of the woods.
