WIsh I could man--my car is running better than ever and I would love to dyno--but just dropped about $150 for a GTE alignment and a racing jack. only 7 more days yall!

I'm headed to the mountains this Saturday morning, early! Maybe leave the MickeyD's around 7:30. Don't plan to roust any cops with hair raising turns and speeds. I plan to make it a nice casual drive. Haven't decided a route yet. I may just take off and see where I end up. I'm open for suggestions and anyone that would care to join but I will be going, even by myself.

 

Plans have changed slightly, I will be going Sunday morning instead of Saturday.

 

Well guys. Tomorrow morning I finally get my 8 back! *cheer*. Going to Mazcare to pick it up. I can't wait. So.. now that I have it back, I'd like to get into the swing of things with the GA club. I'll look at the website for events and such.

 

Hey, was that your titanium that was in storage looking like it wanted to escape! Although I must say, it looked very much at home next to all the race cars. I saw it at the tuner session the Friday before we did NASA Road Atlanta. Very nice looking ride.

 

I'm not sure, but if it was the one with the full MS body kit and the nifty gauge pod cluster on the dash it was problably it. Hopefuly I can hit up one of the meets you have coming up soon to meet all of you. Looking forward to it.

Actually, I just did that about 20 minutes ago.. hehe.. wrote a lil introduction post there. I'll work on those pics now. how much space am I limited to? I have magazine photos that RX Tuner did when they featured my car last year.

 

You do not have a limit that I know of. Go for it and let me know if you have any problems.

Hey all. I haven't been on here in almost a year because I'm temporarily in California, but I thought I'd pop my head in anyway to say howdy! Been hearing the news that gas prices may be as much as $10-12/gallon by the end of this summer, so that may just spell the end of my bond with my 8 if fuel prices really do get that inflated. Bummer. Anyway, take Georgia 8'ers!

If what you say is true, "$10-$12/gallon", then we will have a lot more problems than our 8s. That's scary as hell. Where did you here that? Transportation would come to a screeching halt. Trucks will not deliver, planes will not fly and cars will not be on the highway. Inflation will soar, your groceries will become hard to get and companies will start going bankrupt. That is too much for the economy to handle. Stealing gas will become a very lucrative business and buying shotguns will be a very important addition for the home.

When it cost more to drive to work than many people make in hour, then the country is in serious trouble.

 

Finishing up some summer classes here at GSU ending on 16 June 2006, seeing if anyone would want to go to Deal's Gap in Late June or early July, let me know if you do, I've always wanted to go up there with my old miata but I sold it in Sept, so time for a spirited drive in the 8.
