Up for sale is a 2004 3-Rotor Conversion RX-8 in Lightning Yellow. 47.5K miles on the chassis. I have a clean and clear title in hand. The front fenders, hood and front bumper were painted when the Mazdaspeed bumper was installed for a color match. A clear bra was then installed at Xpel - the leading edge of the hood and fenders were also done. Also included is a spare chrome wheel and the Mazda factory shop manual and car cover. All the factory gauges work as well as the factory steering wheel controls for the stereo.
I purchased the car with an (undisclosed) A-series weak engine and when I discovered this, I purchased a C-series core with brand new housings. The engine was rebuilt 2500 miles ago. I still have the original engine and the 20B housings (re-useable) from the core engine. I have run Idemitsu rotary premix 1-1.5oz. per gallon for break-in. Unfortunately, during dyno-tuning the fuel pump failed, causing the engine to lean out and as a consequence, the apex seals sagged. The engine car is tuned for 12psi and still runs, but the engine requires another rebuild (low compression). It's a sharp car and gets compliments everywhere, but after all the time and expense I'd like to move on. I'm willing to sell the car alone or with the extra engine. Asking $25,000 with both engines, $21500 without the spare. The 2nd disassembled motor needs one more rotor and full rebuild kit to use. If you have any questions, feel free. Dual oil coolers with 3,000 psi hoses and steel braided hoses. 115 psi oil pressure regulator, Koyo radiator, Unorthodox chrome power steering pulley, 200 amp dual stairs 12 diode alternator (140amp at idle), high torque custom starter, Greddy catch can, custom cnc torque damper, power steering cooler, custom coolant reservoir. Spal extreme duty dual fan. Comp Turbo 76mm with ceramic ball bearings, Tial 60mm waste gate.
Suspension -
H&R Street Coilovers, custom 3 rotor sway bar, racing beat rear sway bar, racing beat front end links, new 93 RX-7 rack and pinion.
Transmission & Final drive -
Euro-spec RX8 5 speed transmission (similar to the FD RX7), Mazdaspeed 430 final drive with torsen differential.
Interior -
AEM boost controller, AEM UEGO Digital wideband AFR, SPA water temp and fuel pressure gauge, SPA oil pressure and oil temp gauge, Digital EGT gauge, Microtech ECU with data logger and lambda upgrade, Microtech hand controller, Bosch coils, 3-Rotor logo on front seats (center of seat is suede), JDM 5-speed shift ****, Pioneer 3300 BT radio. New fuel rail with 850 primary injectors, 1600 secondary injectors, dual-in tank 3-Rotor fuel pumps, -8 feed line with inline fuel filter.

It was formerly Tito Ramos’ 3-rotor RX8 from Texas and I think it’s in Indiana now, but the OP needs to confirm where it will need to be seen and picked up from.

saw this car on Craigslist either at Indianapolis or Bloomington 2 years ago when I was looking for mine, not sure if it is still around.

I own this Rx8 now,needs fuel pump rewire ,rebuild and some electrical corrections.Great seller,awesome car.Wayyy too much torque for the drivetrain. Mazdaspeed body kit. Very tight fit.
