picked it up this weekend. 10k miles on this 06 shinka, 6 speed MT.
anyways anyone know if there is a production number? because these were limited run, isnt there some sort of xxxx of 2000?
P.S. love the car, but not s fan of the clear tails. anyone got any advise on gettin them smoked?

Go get some clear corners.......then look again...you may find you like the clear tails, it finishes her off. (scroll up a pic) LOL
GORGEOUS BTW! only place to find production numbers is through MNAO.......there was a thread here, it may be still. Don't know if the link is still up. I think it was "2006 shinka production". Try that in a search....can give you a little info though. Mine was built in late March, and my production number was 721, so that might give you an idea. They are not listed by color though. there were only 1500 BTW, which makes it even better!

Always a joy to see so many Copper Red 8s
I'll run out and take some updated pics of my CRed 8
when i finally get around to washing my car
Too ashamed to take of a dirty car
I have to get around to ordering some clear corners and some front splash guards
then wheels or a MS CAI might be more towards the summer time
Try to keep them CRed 8 clean, i know they love to be a dust magnet.

Guys, I'm thinking about these wheels. I see aftermarket chrome and black, but what about this? Keep in mind the angle. The lip is Chrome. I'm thinking 18x8.5 with 45 offset. Feed back please!

HA! Yeah I know Pat. I have decided on a smaller wheel. I just don't want to lose the spirited handling abilities for the way I drive on a daily basis. Mike told me to wait till the first week in June! It cant get here fast enough!
Good to see you!
