I got backed in to by some lady in a Honda CR-V who floored her gas pedal backing up. When I first saw her car coming at me I somehow wasnt even in gear and then I honked at her a couple times and she didnt hear me and boomp. Heard my door dent in. It's not as bad as I thought it was. I claimed through their insurance the same day because the dent on my RX8 was killing me slowly. 2 days later, the insurance companied accepted liability and the car is in a shop being repaired. They gave me a rental for 5 days. A Chevrolet Malibu.

This happened to me and a fellow employee a couple weeks ago when we went to grab some lunch, but he doesn't have an 8. Good luck, hope it gets fixed as good as new.

 

Man I know how you feel. My alarm went off when I was upstairs at a friends. I looked out the window and a 4runner rear ended my rear.

Yeah, finally got it back on Saturday. The whole time I was driving the rental I missed my RX8...

Lol, I noticed that too... but mine wasn't bad at all. It was just a small dent and a very small crease on the driver door which had to had filled and repainted.
