So what should i do next as far as preformance?
I bought my RX-8 about a month ago and i have already installed lowering springs for better handling and the AEM cold air intake and Greddy SP2 exhaust system, that has givin me a little bit more power.. and i was thinking about a pullie system and a test pipe coming next, but i wanted to know if the pullie system is a good idea and what i should do as far as preformane next because i already have a set a wheels picked out that i am getting soon and eibetch sway bars, but what can i do for speed and exceleration other than a turbo kit? Flywheel?

Pulley will only give you a few hp, but it is cheap & easy to install. Be aware that the straight pipe might trigger your check engine light, and your car might have a heavy gasoline smell in the cabin. Might be better off getting a hi-flow cat unit.
But those normally aspirated upgrades are only going to give you a bit more hp. If you truly want noticeable performance increase you should take a look at a nitrous system, or a supercharger/turbocharger.

its not really worth doing a flywheel unless your already in there changing the clutch, you wont notice much difference. The test pipe will be fine, it will stink but the smell is blowing out of the back of the car. If your windows are up you wont ever smell it. If there down you will when you come to a light if the wind is blowing the right way, honestly its not enough of an issue to not do it, expessialy since you will get a bigger difference out of just changing that then you did doing the whole rest of the exaust.
As fanman said about the pully, its cheap and easy but you really wont get much difference. Personally its one of the last things I would do.
