I think you'll be able to have one of those: Fuel economy or another rotor/turbo. It's a pretty tall order to have more power and more efficiency. I mean, isn't that really the name of the game?

Or are you saying you want the same MPG with a larger gas tank??

I'd be happy with a bigger tank and a turbo/3rd rotor or 3rotor turbo....

If they could get a 20B to get 17-22 like i'm gettin I would buy it without hesitation...i'd go there right now and camp out till morning and buy one!

I'm glad with the car as it is, but perhaps a turbocharger would be highly convenient. I would not even mind paying an extra 5k on top of the base price for the next generation RX8 with a turbo charger.

I don't want to see MazdaSpeed spin-offs made for every sedan, coupe, and SUV on Mazda's lineup, while their star-of-the-showroom/flagship vehicle goes unchanged for 5 years.

No they didn't, most 7s didn't have turbos.

GM currently has a 700hp vette that gets 40mpg city driving. Its a twin turbo setup and they are about to contract the company to do alot of there other car builds. This will put GM back in the market coming out of bankruptcy with high powered cars with great mileage.

No rear seats. No cheap transmission. No heavy useless parts.
Glad mazda is making lighter plastics and stronger yet lighter metals.

No thanks on stock turbo rotary.

I don't need more reliability issues on the rotary engine.

Unless it came with a 8 year 100K bumper to bumper warranty for a turbo 16X, I will not purchase it. Period.

+1 on the valve

And im 18 year old licensed mechanic (non Rotor). but i drive an rx8..

on top of that i know how to use a search button on a forum...

i think generalizing everyone under 20 is a mistake... i believe there are very capable people under 20 there should be test to be able to buy one

Then there should be a prescreening test for applicants

I would also then like a prescreening test for salesmen and mechanics at the dealer as well. No license to sell or diagnose the 8, no touchee!

Edit: A test which is created by RX8Club.com ... and gives heavy emphasis on COILS!

No wanting a turbo either.
If they keep the pounds off, there should be little need for a turbo.
