I knew the RX-8 was the closest car to the S2K while being more practical. That's why I chose to move onto this platform. I will look into suspension mods to get it more stiffened up than even the S2000's stock suspention. While the stock S2K's suspension was good, sometimes the soft rear end body roll made me feel a lil nervous on AutoX/Track days (but we know soft = more traction even though it feels less assuring).

I loved having that 2.2L setup over the AP1's 2.0. More midrange, underrated power, and shorter gearing lol...

I was hoping Mazda would follow with an updated rx-8, but they haven't and at the rate that I kept on waiting year after year, it was starting to seem futile. So I decided to become one with rotary now.

... and to think that I waited all the way for MY07 news only to hear new colors... garbage... I'm not taking that gamble again for 08.
