I often daylight drive with lights on, just for self-visibility safety out there.
When my headlights are on so are my foglights, just because.

People who 'save' parts remind me of my college roommate. In the dead of winter he wouldn't run the heating fan much because it might wear out. Brilliant.
They're made to be used. Replace as necessary.

I think it's retarded NOT to drive with your lights on during the day, unless you live in a place that gets 100% sunlight.

Ever go out to pass someone on the highway in the day when it's raining, only to have to pull back in quickly because some grey coloured car was driving with its lights off?

Why worry about replacing a $10 bulb every 2 years when it could possibly save your life?

I have a Ti also, when it's gray out I usually just turn on the running lights / wannabe fog lights to make myself more visible.

California requires you to have your headlights on if your wipers are on. New law...

My car is usually in an underground parking garage, I turn the lights on in order to get out of the garage and I often just leave them on. Which is probably a good thing, it's not like we get any sunlight here anyway.

In Canada the daylights come on automatically and are neither the xenon light nor the halogen light on the GS model. they are some cheap bulbs that you do see very clearly during the day but are not annoying at all.

I had to have have a regulator module replaced though when my running daylight were acting like they had a life of their own... all under warannty.

slitely off topic.
What do you guys use to clean head lights. Mine are definitely not as shiny or as clear as they used to and a regular car wash won't clean them properly.

any suggestions?
