For Price, get AVIDs

for Best all around performance & long tire life, get RE960 A/S Pole Position.

Dunno about all season, but I am currently running on Sumitomo HTR Z III's and they are oh so delicious. Tis a summer tire, but I wouldn't trust an rx8 in snow with all seasons anyway, so I have a set of snow tires.

I'd say leave put snow tires on the front wheels, then leave the summer tires on the rear.

Oh yea.....

My Pirelli PZero Nero M&S, while I never got stuck, weren't very good in the snow. They were great in the dry, however. They are worn out now and I think I will be switching to the Continental ContiExtremeContact.

rofl

good luck trying to move your car out of your parking spot ...

not to mention, Summer tires get rock hard when cold, hard = no traction = more wear = no good.

All season is a bit of compromise. You will never get best Summer traction nor Winter traction.

But you can say its good for probably 8-9 months outa a year.

I have a set of Snow tires for Winter only.

I liked my Toyo Proxes 4's when I had them. They weren't perfect (no all season tire really is). But they did pretty well, and got me through daily driving my 8 in the winter.
