Move it, close it, do with it what you want. I already said I would get to the track and make another pass but its not going to happen for a couple weeks. I'm way to busy right now. I work fulltime and am going to Drexel University fulltime for my Masters.

Where's the long form? We need more information... full name, social security number, birth date, credit cards, driver's license.... pretty much everything.

Why would you say that? The only personal information is my name. Not to much you can do with just my name. Theres no social, student id #, address, etc. I'm just geting a little tired of being called out thats all.

Make a ridiculous claim on this site and that is what will happen . Hopefully you will learn something when you actually go to a drag strip and see what an 8 will do in reality.

Then just own up to your bullshit.

We know you didn't do 13.7 in the 1/4 mile in an 8 without forced induction. If you had claimed 14.3 with your mods, at least some people might have believed you, assuming they bought into your expert driving skills.

By the way, I find it interesting that you say this was your first time on the drag strip, and then later say that you're one hell of a driver. I guess you're a natural. And no, being a great driver on the street or track does not mean you know how to drive in a drag race.

If you can't get out to a drag strip for the second time, just give us a dyno chart so we can see what's at your wheels. It would take quite a lot of extra power to get down to 13.7.

actually, driving on the street can make a decent driver at the drag. i personally have practiced my launch on public roads and we all have shifted though the gears at WOT so we all have the idea of how to shift. and on top of that a lot of people ( not saying i do this) street race. and a rx8 would be a pretty easy car to drag race because its not very powerful so traction wouldn't be a problem.

the only thing i can see being a problem is reaction time.

i am not saying he got a 13.7. i am only saying that years of street driving can make a decent drag racer.

Lucky for me I did not throw away the drag slip after posting the results last week. I admit there is a huge coincidence here. I think I'll be playing the lottery this afternoon. Hopefully this clears things up. Frankly I could care less whether you guys think I am bullshitting or not. Well here you go.
I know you logged in on Sunday... I was checking your profile, terch1. There's this little date time stamp called "Last Activity" that tells everybody the last time you checked the site. I didn't screen shot it, but the mods could confirm it. Gave you the time to come up with that atrocity of a fake time slip. I hope you didn't spend too much time on it.

Me and my buddy went out after the track for some grub and a couple beers and I left my slips in his car. My friend as I mentioned in my initial post is a track junkie and been going to this track for almost 20 years. His friend, who works in the booth, had given him some sort of spreadsheet that had alot more information on it for the runs we both made that night. I believe he had 3 runs and I had 2. When I was asked to post the times I called him and asked for some times to post. The initial times I posted came directly from him.

I met up with my friend to get my slips this weekend and when I got in this morning I saw that I was being called out and posted the slip. I didn't realize that it had different times on it. Like I said earlier on this was my first time at a track and I am basically a newbie with this ****...... so excuse me for being an idiot. I really don't know what else to tell you all. I thought posting my slip would show everyone what time I ran. I'm sorry I didn't explain earlier but I am trying to finish two papers for school. So you can choose to believe me or not.....honestly I really don't care. But this is my story and I'm sticking to it.
Good story... as I pointed out earlier, you quoted a time 594 ft. It was on the spreadsheet, eh?

There are 3 major vendors of drag racing timing systems in the US: Compulink, TSI and Accutime. The ONLY one of the three that even measures 594 ft is the TSI System 2000. The Compulink StarTRAK, which is the system at ATCO, doesn't.

Oh, and I guess everyone wants my review of your timeslip... I absolutely don't think you meant for that time slip to pass the sniff test. I think you did it just for laughs, so enjoy my brief critique of your work.

You're a funny guy, terch1... I'm not a mod here, but if I were, I'd give you a week long ban so you could "think" about what you've done the past week.

Nice job detective YaXMaNGTO, not that you didn't bust him well enough the first time.

It's amazing how far some people will go to defend a blatant lie.

Even though I've had very limited experiences at the drag strip, I still found it hard to believe the OP's story (first time @ the strip, excellent reaction time, very good driver, yada, yada, yada..). And here he is being called out by people having years of experience, yet he's still trying to bs...Well, I considered myself a very good driver when I first went to the drag strip also. But what I thought was not reality and it was confirmed by my time slip. A real time slip, that is.

I think the transcript he posted is also fake.

Things just don't add up...

I'd love to see his dyno printouts, too...just to see whether he could really defy Newton's Second Law of Motion with the mods he claims to have on his car. But then, he will keep doctoring more stuff.

This thread is good research material for future timeslip where I will be posting up how my 8 does 13.6 seconds in the quarter mile in REVERSE gear and stayed N/A.

wow, really? April 1st was over a month ago, and this wouldn't have been that funny back then either.

I've said this a million times to people, truth hides from nobody, if you lie eventually you will get caught, of course with the internet you get caught sooner, but still, either way it always comes back. It's that old addage of "what comes around goes around", you reap what you sow, yadda yadda, these aren't just tired cliche's, they're facts of nature, it's just how the world works, I've seen it play out right before my eyes countless times, and I'm sure I'll witness it for many years to come.

You should have just come clean, or just left the thread to die, now you've worked overtime to completely smash your credibility, nice job, good luck with all that.

oh, and I'll run you in my 4 port NA auto, surely my BHR coils alone should get me in the 12's right? pffft.
