Best mileage I've gotten in my car was a little about 21.5 mpg when I got (IIRC) 314 miles on a tank. This was on a summer trip to Florida running AC the whole way, at speeds between 80-100 mph, and running premix. The premix is the trick - without it I've barely cracked 20 mpg on highway trips regardless of speed. I think if I ran it at 70 mph I would get to about 23-24 mpg with the premix but I've never had the patience to try that!

Btw, I always run the car about 30 miles after the fuel light comes on and see consisten 14.5-14.8 gallon fillups.
