Hi guys,

I bought the wrong fuel pump by error and I'm thinking if I should return it or not (in case it will fit without major mods)

The pump is this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/QUANTUM-3...72.m2749.l2649
They do offer one for the RX8 S2 (which I guess it should fit S1 as it's just shorter). The one I bought is basically the same except the inlet is in the center.
So, the question would be, will that inlet (center) fit in the fuel cage? Or should I just return it and order the proper one?

I'm preparing my 8 to run 10-14psi FI, and according to many posts the OEM fuel pump will not work properly at those levels.
This is the reason I'm moving to 340LPH

I know the DW200 will for sure fit and tested by members of this forums however for the same money I can buy the QUANTUM with 340LPH instead of 255LPH

 

u can even use external pump

or even use rocket fuel
