Increase or decreased worth?

Hey I searched around and didn't find too much but the question is which is worth more, a 2005 rx8 with 70k miles or a 2005 rx8 with 70k miles on the body and a brand new engine installed by mazda. Also do they give you the 2005 model engine or a newer model engine?I realize that value is kind of hard to judge in this situation and a lot depends on the buyer but what do you guys think?

The one with the new motor everything else being equal should be the winner

The everything else being equal is the difficult part

You get a rebuilt series 1 (2004-2007 engine). I don't know if it's really related like that. You could have a rock solid original engine or a crappy rebuild. It's all down to the compression test I think.

This answer. Some of the Mazda rebuilds haven't been the most reliable.
