NJ Does anyone know where i can find this specific part at?
It had a crack in it & was leaking fuel, it was connected to the upper intake manifold. If anyone knows this part or have a solution for me i'd appreciate it deeply.

That would be a part you should get at a Mazda Dealer or online.

You could likely make something that would work out of fuel hose and clamps...but the OEM part is likely not that expensive
