That would be nice, but might be a long shot.

Probably 40-50 7's and 8's for the Sunday BBQ.

from the mazda6 forums http://forum.mazda6club.com/index.ph...&#entry1287224

"As of the moment, we have over 80 owners signed up already!"

JEBUS!!!
So 80+ Mazda6's, probably 30-40 RX-8's, lots of RX7's (at least on Sunday), and I'm sure many miata's, cause miata drivers looooove the track. This is going to be a MASSIVE Mazda turnout...

I think the Nutmeg Miata club has a corral, unless we are all sharing. I went with them in 2005 and there had to be 60 or so Miata's there. Only 6 RX-8's showed up.

Yeah, I think the Nutmeg club is doing their own thing in a separate area like last year. Theirs is $70 for just Monday. But they get that AC'd area etc, plus a parade lap.

The group is growing. I never made an official food list for Sunday's BBQ. So lets just swing it. Bring what yah got!!!!!!!!!

I just got a new grill to break in, so I got some burgers and buns, maybe a few drinks.

I'm double-posting but... this is relevant: will be bringing along some "high-octane" beer from Canada as requested, if you have any special requests just let me know

Don't drink and drive!

Hey Jason…if it's too late that's no problem…but I'm thinking that my wife will never wear the shirt after the meet, so if possible can I change my shirt order to 2 XXL's? (instead of 1 XXL & 1 M). If not, no problem! Thanks!

Did you go to Laguna Sega? It was a great race. Speedsource (70) was in 1st place and on the last lap and went into the corner a little to fast and went off the track. He ended up 3rd.

Yea...I watched that yesterday, very good race. A little pissed at the 70 car (Tremblay, was it?) cause he had that thing in the bag, and needlessly pushed it too hard on the last damn lap. In any case, they were talking about how fast the car is (they were first in qualifying last weekend) so I'm excited to see them race from the front on Monday!

Interestingly, the commentators on Speed were saying that the 20B RX-8 seems to fare best (comparatively) at high-end speeds, and doesn't quite have the torque to pull out of tight corners as well as the Pontiacs nor Porsches.....and Limerock is a relatively tight course, so let's hope they can hold it together. Gettin psyched...

You're right it was a very good race. The corner that Tremblay lost it on is a very tight turn. It was tough to watch.

Who's excited for Saturday???? Wave your hand! (haha I'm a dork). I'm not quite as excited about the 14ish hour drive I have before I get there.... It does look like it's going to be nice out on Saturday. Let's hope the weatherman is right for once!
