The reason why we created the list before hand was to show mazda/mazdaspeed that people are pre-signing up for the event, so that we can get some $$ for tents/food other stuff etc.
So if you want to attend just call. Here is the phone number/address.
ADDRESS
497 Lime Rock Road
Lakeville, CT 06039 USA
+1 860 435 5000
If you didng get my email i apologize. It doesnt mean that your not added to the list, it just means thats i didnt add you to the email list.

Hey Jason,
Did you get the tickets already? If you have extra I'll get them from you. Don't want to see you get stuck with tickets.
Where is everyone staying? Do we have a round number of how many are signing up?
Bob

Well seems I'm stuck in a holding pattern now since my gf's family is aparently planning her sisters graduation party that weekend. That and possibly holding her daughter's b-day party that weekend also. Ugh.. already got a "If you miss this for a car event dont bother coming home." comment. Mind you I told her and planned this back when it was announced...... Wish me luck guys and gals.

So the Lime Rock website says that camping is open and free for race weekends. So my girlfriend and I are probably going to bring up our camping gear and do that. Is this what anyone else was planning on doing? Is there any reason I *shouldn't* do this? lol we don't need any fancy accommodations and I think it'll be fun. And I'll again prove to myself that the 8 is a highly utilitarian vehicle (I've gone camping with it before.)

Quick update guys. If you have purchased tickets already, you need to contact LRP and upgrade for the MAzdaspeed Corral or you will not get any of the parking , hats, shirts, etc. "For the people who bought a $55 ticket or daily ticket for $5 less, please have them call the office so we can upgrade them to a MAZDA car corral ticket and charge them the $5."
Call them and ask for
Mike O'Flinn
Ticketing and Promotions Coordinator
This does not effect the meet on the 25th, although it will be a BBQ, we will have to bring our own food and grills.

I'm going Friday and Saturday. I'd love to be there Monday, but family stuff prevents it! Monday is a great day with the most races and the most people.
