Saw a grey Mazdaspeed kitted 8 the other day on Rt. 1 near Dorsey Road. I rolled my window down to listen for a BOV but I couldn't tell if it was FI or not. I was in my Shinka turning right onto Rt. 1 next to the Burger King. Any idea who's 8 that was? It looked very nice.

yeah but I still can adjust some things alittle to fit the filter more, Im currently modding my upper factory airbox enclosure to box it all up, but its been so freaking cold out this past week I havent got a chance to go out and spec it out...
That looks really nice with everything blacked-out. Even blacked-out the throttle body. I didn't even realize the strut bar was modified until darnellm mentioned it. How's the power and drivability?
It does look very tight, like changing the oil filter is going to require dropping the front subframe...
I'm planning on putting in a relocation kit, and I don't even have a supercharger.

I have the RB duct in my basement but OD(Denny) said when he put it on it was creating a backflow swirl affect of his radiator,,, So im gonna be modifying it to alleviate that problem...
No actually changing the filter is easier. I just reach under the new UIM and grab it from the passenger side rather than the drivers side...

The worst thing ever is to see your baby put into a shop for 2 1/2 weeks because of someone else's stupidity. I was driving down a highway (can't remember which one) and I was going about 65mph. A bungie cord flew off of a utility truck in front of me and, well, I had no choice but to run over it cause there were cars on both sides of me. The cord flies under my car and one of the metal hooks hooked into my rear left tire. It must have spun around a few times cause it busted holes all up in my tire well and messed up the body all around the tire with hugh gashes. I had to pull over and wait for a tow cause my tire was done for. Yeah, I showed up at the auto repair place and saw my car all torn apart. It was like watching it have open heart surgery lol. Had to ride in a freaking rental the entire time. That's my horror story for the year. Last year was a hit and run. Saw my rear bumper hanging off my car when I went out to drive somewhere lol.
