Just got my 8 back after leaving her at the shop for 24 hours... the Protege rental just wasn't the same - even with gas over 3 bills right now... love my 8.

 

i think i've seen you before. hahahaha...funny. it was awhile back, but i followed you out of Arundel Mills all the way up to 175 (Ft. Meade). then you just shot off and i never got to catch up to you maybe next time we can either acknowledge each other or chat....hahaha.

 

I think I remember that too, it was probably around early Jan. I was just having some fun with you, seeing if you would keep up, lol. I'll be back home around the middle of Oct, Im looking forward to coming to some meets, maybe Ill see you there!

 

Check out this kit and tell me what you think, I ordered it along with the mazdaspeed spoiler from creative auto and I am trying to find a good body shop to have them painted and installed. If you or anyone else has any recommendations, that would be great!

belkjz... Well from the way price of gas coming and there is a strike on gas today.. i'm uh.. going to get my mountain bike first then the aux ports.. :-D my car is goin to sit for a while.. except on weekends cuz i work late.. but i'll be sure to get them really soon..

Gott Autobody down in Annapolis is one the best body shops i know. i recommended it to Hayes (hpreston) to have his door fixed. ask him how it was. i'm not sure if they deal with aftermarket body kits, but i'm sure if you have the money, they won't refuse. :D

i just finished my first mod my dad and i put new pads rotors and ss lines on my 8
if the braking wasnt awesome before wait it was awesome ok now its just tightened up a bit it looks good too i am soo glad i dont have to look at those rusty rotors anymore

 

What kind of rotors? Mazda put new rotors on my 8 about 6 mos. ago (per TSB). The rust is coming back just a little around the hub.

 

brake zone rotors goodridge lines and hawk hp+ pads all said it was about $550 i got from rx8store.net the pads and rotors came right away but the lines took like 3 months if any deals with them i would make sure to talk to jason and that what you are ordering is in stock they werent bad people just a little slow

Just off the phone with Gott Autobody, really nice people, but do not do body/aero kits. But I have a friend that works at the paint/body shop at DARCARS College Park, I will probably have him work his magic! Thanks anyways!

There is a comic book convention.. at the baltimore convention center this sunday from 10-7 or 9 i'm not really sure on how long its going on for... dont know the price of the tickets either.. but uh.. i'll be there from 11 til about 3..

 

i got my crazy radar detector/laser blocking system (beltronics) installed yesterday its pretty sweet i am pretty good at electronics stuff but for some reason i didnt feel like dealing with this one i had it done at audio connections(loch raven) for $300 they did a really great job i was impressed that they didnt have to make a single hole anywhere on the car i am to computer illiterate to post picks but i'll show you all at the next meet at fudds which is when btw?
