I live in Gaitherburg and commute to College Park (108-New Hampshire-Beltway-Kenilworth). Drove the 8 to work for the first time in six weeks Tuesday. Looks like it'll be a few more weeks before I have it out again.

 

so how was it sunday over in columbia, when's the next one?

 

it was a small meet. but cool to meet some of the rotary people. mazdamaniac was there with his turbo'ed 8. i guess soon as the weather gets better we'll have another meet. seems like all the 8's are south of us though.

 

those bastards.... making us go near DC

 

It was fun. There were '7s and '8s from all different walks of life - I'd say about 10 or 11 cars in all.
My favorite was the Del Sol!

 

Picked up a "new" '04 6-speed in late January. To date, I haven't seen any other 8's on the road yet. I live in Olney but have been known to frequent Michael's Pub in Columbia.

thanks cokerx7. i'm going to keep it as close to stock as possible. engine wise that is. i'm going to lower it, add some suspension components, catback exhaust sys., and wheels.
