I think it might be best to reverse the route, thus picking up people in Milwaukee and getting to Chicago mid afternoon. How does that strike people?

This is a final reminder that our 2nd summer event of 2010 is this Saturday!
"Cars and Custard"!
It is a FREE car show at Georgie Porgie's (burgers and custard restaurant) in Oak Creek. I have attached the car show advertisement to this email. This car show occurs every Saturday night during the summer but the Labor Day weekendis the biggest! Here are the details:

When: Saturday, September 4th, 2010; 5pm - 9pm

Where: Georgie Porgie's of Oak Creek, 9555 Howell Ave. (HWY 38 & HWY 100), Oak Creek

If anyone has a mazdaspeed or racing beat exhaust that is too quiet for them I'd be willing to trade/work something out for my exoticspeed cat-back S-1.

I love the way the exhaust sounds WOT but for daily driving it just encourages WOT even more and I'd like to keep things simple.

 

Anyone from western Wisconsin or I guess anywhere in Wisconsin plan on going to the meet up in Bloomington, MN next month?

 

It's a possibility I might go. I live up north in Superior, wi tho

 

Yeah that's understandable its a pretty long dri e for a meet but if the weather is nice it might be worth it to take the 8 out after a long crappy winter

For those of you not already aware, next weekend the Grand-Am Rolex series is coming to Road America. As you should know, the GT class includes a number of RX-8s. Mazda is going to make quite a splash at this event, including a Mazda corral area with entertainment, prizes, and much more. The RX Club of Wisconsin is co-sponsoring the festivities, and you can follow the details at the Mazdafest facebook page.
