james hows the car comin along? any updates?

grounding kit is in, and sway bar should be in late this week or early next so hopefully i can get it on before the big meet and cruise. shouldnt take very long to instal both.

 

it's at the body shop now getting new headlight fender and mirror as well as the badges flat blacked professionally.plus i will get the parts back so if anyone needs a power window motor or a drivers side headlight let me know there is a minor surface blemish but it doesn't look bad.

as you can see he can't handle oversteer so he got one of the most understeering cars out there.
at least now we don't have to worry about flipping the car but now we just have to worry about him sliding nose first into the ditch when he finds out what understeer truly is

...just found out pettit shipped my sway bars to my house in St. Louis so it looks like ill be making a trip home sometime soon to pick those up, so ryan i will make sure to let you know when im planning on doing that and come check out that civyuk...i mean civic. ha hah ah

if it ends up in columbia that is quite a bit of a drive for me since I live on the IL side of the river 30 mins out side of STL in Troy lol but yeah a meet is in order. got clear side markers on the way car is getting sicker. next I am looking at some sparco fighter seats and 4 point harnesses was gonna get a set of bride seats but I dont think I can wait that long. I could only afford one seat and that would bug me, both fronts need to be done at the same time.

 

lol well unfortunatley I'm not going to be able to make it to columbia on the 24th, I may be able to do the 17 this saturday but unlikely so if the people in the STL area still want to meet on Sunday April 25th I'll set it up give me a list:

ha ha agreed, but if i have to drive home next week to pick up the sways, and drive back. Plus installing those and my grounding kit. then go to the meet here saturday, then drive to STL sunday for that meet and drive back. I wont have any time for anything else, not that spending time with the rx8 is a bad thing, but that wouldnt work to well for my plans of graduating in Decemeber considering i have tests the week after lol.

 

if it is after 6 then I can probably do it. cause I have to work 10-6 so i am a maybe as well.
